Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Development and Disability Studies, and is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA). With experience in clinical leadership and direct therapeutic services, she provides compassionate, trauma-informed care at NuMe Counseling & Consulting.

Guided by her faith and commitment to serving others, Sarah strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to build resilience, discover their strengths, and live with purpose.

She has experience working in both school and community-based settings, providing therapeutic services that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth. Crystal is known for creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices with faith-based principles and compassion, helping clients navigate stress, trauma, and life transitions.

Crystal enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, family conflict, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about helping youth develop self-awareness, coping skills, and confidence.

Taliah brings several years of experience working with children and adolescents, having previously served as both a teacher and a school counselor. This background has equipped her with a strong understanding of emotional development, behavioral challenges, and the influence of environmental factors on overall well-being.

Although her clinical foundation is rooted in working with youth, Taliah is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
