Miranda specializes in supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in maternal and perinatal mental health, including the emotional and identity shifts that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
Parenthood and caregiving can profoundly shape how you experience yourself, your body, and your relationships. In caring for others, it can become difficult to recognize who you are beyond the roles, responsibilities, and expectations you carry. Motherhood may be an important part of your identity, but it does not define all of who you are.
Therapy offers space to slow down, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and strengthen your sense of self. Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based practices while honoring identity, relationships, lived experience, and the whole-person approach to healing.
Together, we can work toward greater self-trust, authenticity, and the freedom to define yourself on your own terms.
