At NuMe Counseling & Consulting, we are dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and transforming communities through compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed mental health care.

NuMe was founded from a deeply personal journey. Our founder is a survivor of PTSD, depression, and anxiety following a life-altering car accident in 2009. After more than five years as a therapy client herself, she went on to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and established NuMe to help others experience the same healing and hope she once sought.

Today, she leads a team of passionate, trauma-informed therapists committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Together, we support children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, relationship conflict, anger, and major life transitions.

NuMe is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and specializes in working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioral difficulties, family conflict, or school-related stress. We also provide supportive and effective therapy for adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management concerns, and life changes.

We believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow when given the right tools, guidance, and environment. Our team walks beside each client on their journey toward emotional wellness, personal discovery, and renewed purpose, helping them become the best version of themselves.
